King bed in the master, 2 bedrooms with twins on main floor. Two queen bedrooms on lower. One with a queen waterbed with bathroom and the other is a queen futon with a great mattress. Nice kitchen- dining room. Central air and a deck with gas grill and chairs. Walking distance to many restaurants. Nice quiet street with plenty of parking. Very clean house, just bring your clothes.
