| Job Summary | Helicopter Support, Inc. (HSI) is a helicopter logistic support company with over 800 customers worldwide. As a Sikorsky company, HSI provides complete factory authorized services for Sikorsky Aircraft's S-61, S-70, S-76 and S-92 helicopters. HSI is based in Trumbull, Connecticut, USA. Helicopter Support Inc. has a challenging opportunity for the right candidate. The qualified individual will be responsible for all customer account activities related to the support of helicopter spares. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: customer contact, purchasing material, quotation and sale of material to customers, coordinating with vendors, expediting delivery of goods, and analyzing the core business to improve sales margins while maintaining the highest level of customer support. Individual must maintain regular customer and vendor contacts to evaluate performance toward customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must posses the ability to problem solve, negotiate, sustain quality, offer on-time delivery, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Grow your career at an expanding division of Sikorsky Aircraft! BA/BS Degree. Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service/Sales and or Aerospace industry preferred. Outstanding customer focus as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be self motivated and have the ability to organize and prioritize a high volume of work. SAP experience is a plus. Overtime may be required.
