Complete Aerial Surveying & Photogrammetric Mapping Services ~Since 1966~ Aerial Photography We utilize Cessna T 210, Piper Navajo Chieftain and Piper Turbo-Aztec Twin aircraft equipped with Leica RC-30 camera systems that incorporate total image motion compensation, and gyro-stabilization mounts. The flight crews have many years of photo-mapping experience. Our photo labs are equipped with a LogEtronic printer, HE 12 enlarger and DuPont film processor. Our services include vertical and oblique photography, photographic enlargements, film positive transparencies and photographic mosaics. We photograph in color, black and white, infrared and color infrared. Field Control Air Maps, Inc. utilizes several field crews that use advanced technological equipment. Topcon Total Stations and Trimble R8 GNSS GPS receivers are used to collect coordinate and elevation data. While on location the field crews can transfer data to the office network, saving time and assuring accuracy. Our crews have a great deal of experience usually repuired for aerial mapping projects. Map Compilation and Data Collection Air Maps, Inc. utilizes Kork Photogrammetric Digital Mapping System which is a high performance interactive digital mapping and database management systerm that is supported by Boeing S&IS Mission Systems. Equipment includes Galileo Stereosimplex model G6 and IIC Stereoplotters and Summagraphics 36" x 48" tablet digitizer editing station. Our specialized translators facilitates digital file transfer to several formats including AutoCAD, DXF, DWG; Microstation and ESRI.
