I am currently looking to build a pipeline of people for a job working with America’s Largest Aircraft builder on their new project. It’s a wide body aircraft and is slated to come out of production February. They need to have people that would like to be considered and could possibly take the job when it comes to conclusion. The need is for Inspectors and Avionics. Some of the job duties are listed below along with the job skills that are common to the job. There will be no tools required for the job and will not be allowed into the work site.

There is a $2500.00 Net bonus being paid for the completion of your contract along with the FAM coarse on a new Aircraft certificate being given at the completion of the contract.

We also pay 6 paid holidays after 520hrs worked and have an 1800 hour bonus of 40 hrs straight pay.

New Pay rates are at $25.00 with a bonus of $700.00 paid out $175.00 weekly for 4 weeks.


JOB DUTIES: Assists in the performance of aircraft bench and or flight line operational testing, troubleshooting, adjustment, repair and installation of any complex or non-complex aircraft electrical or electronic system in the testing development and modification of aircraft and related systems. Perform assembly, installation, check-out physical characteristics, operational testing and modification of wire bundles in the testing, development and modification of aircraft in accordance with DOD, manufacturer, company supplier and other directives. Able to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, technical manuals, written instructions, test procedures, etc. Able to use common hand tools. Able to perform close tolerance assemble operations.

JOB SKILLS: Able to effectively communicate orally and written with other employees, members of supervision and others as required in their duties. Able to clearly document maintenance and repair actions, equipment status tags, logs, parts requests, etc. Able to perform assigned duties while wearing required safety equipment. Able to perform assigned duties on all shifts without encumbrances due to weather or physical location and conditions. Order parts, pan stock, tools, materials and equipment as required to perform assigned duties. Required Avionics knowledge for trouble-shooting during induction and delivery of all aircraft. Responsible for complying with all rules and regulations concerning health and safety, FOD prevention, tool control, contracts, facilities and other pertinent processes and procedures. Responsible for the proper performance of assignments and the prudent handling of product, tools and equipment. Performs other duties as directed by supervisor and management for the benefit of the company, program or employees. Should have knowledge of shop schematics and assembly methods and shop practices. Normally persons in this position will have 2 to 4 years of experience in the duties described. Boeing wide body aircraft electrical/Avionics experience a plus. Airframe and or Power-Plant License a Plus but not a requirement.
