| Job Summary | MODIFICATION PROGRAM: Modify a T1A aircraft to act as a simulator for aviation training. The mod has maintenance aspects but is primarily avionics with construction and mounting of a console in the rear of the aircraft AND replacing the passengers seat with crew style seats and quick don 02 system. The mod has maintenance aspects but is primarily avionics with construction and mounting of a console in the rear of the aircraft AND replacing the passengers seat with crew style seats and quick don 02 system. Duties / Responsibilities Daily operations of a projected 20 person shop floor and administrative support personnel to include: personnel and work scope, work order entry, outside services, parts and supplies, and shop cleanliness.
